“You can always go on YouTube and see motivational sports videos that get you pumped up to work hard and get better at your sport. But after watching the video you still don't really know how to stay consistent, know how to lift right, and how to truly get bigger, faster, and stronger. This is where Andrew Haberman from Parisi Speed School will change the way you workout. He knows when to push you and when to cut it back a little(rarely). After my first workout with him I had to lay down outside of the gym on the grass for half an hour because of how tired I was, but it was a good tired, knowing that I worked hard and improved. At that moment I knew that Parisi would make me the type of player I wanted to be. I have been working with Parisi for around 2 years, and the work that Andrew has pushed me to do has translated to the baseball field. I have decreased my 60 yard dash from a 7.40 to a 6.70, and the ball has been jumping off the bat towards the gaps of the field more often instead of being hit straight to the ground. Parisi is a great environment where everyone wants to make you the best version of yourself. I won't be able to thank Andrew enough for pushing me everyday to keep going and work harder. To have Andrew by my side and get to ask him about lifting and what to eat and everything like that is really awesome. No one can do the work for you, you have to dig deep and get after it. Bouth our children Gwyneth (age 8) and Mia (age 6) have joined Parisi to build endurance and release their crazy energy. When I asked Gwyneth how she would describe Parisi she said 'Mommy I love it, it helps my forehand swing in tennis, all the coaches teach me things I can learn in my tennis tournaments.' Her happiness is what I love most about Parisi. My other daughter uses the running techniques taught in class to help her with soccer.
